All applicants must have a current completed FCS online application on file to be eligible for an interview. The online application consists of multiple steps beginning with a Teacher Fit assessment and archival documentation submission for evaluation. Successful candidates will be invited to participate in a short phone interview (by an HR representative) asking the candidate to present/demonstrate a brief lesson plan. Finally, candidates passing the lesson plan process will be notified by HR indicating that they have been moved into the "candidate pool" thus, eligible for potential interviews.
